  3.    If you want increase the output of a planet quickly you can land 
  4. additional ships on the planet.  Each ship will increase the planet's 
  5. output by the ship's power (see Colonize).  Since output becomes 
  6. more expensive as it increases you will find that ships increase 
  7. the output by less and less the higher the planet's output is 
  8. already.  After you reinforce a planet the planet hex will appear 
  9. and you can adjust spending if you wish.
